Joe has over 20 years experience in various sales, marketing and operational positions in and supporting the remanufacturing industry. He has trained and managed various-size sales teams his entire career. Joe was raised in an agricultural setting in southeast Kansas and is ready to meet the needs of the CNH family of brands dealer group.

Mike has spent over two decades working directly with CNH remanufactured products and CNH dealers in the field. He also has extensive experience in production, quality, materials, sales and core management.

Toby has spent nearly 25 years working with remanufactured products. Toby’s experience includes years in engine assembly, engine testing, warranty analysis, warranty administration and product engineering.

Chris has been providing customer service to CNH dealers for 15+ years. Her experience includes time in materials, quality, warranty and Tech Support specializing in CNH rotating electrical products.

Phil’s 30 plus years of remanufactured product experience includes years in production, quality, materials, product and process engineering and customer service.

Danette has more than two decades of customer service experience with expertise in the CNH core process including core criteria, core credit and core return.
